How to request deletion of your personal data from FactIQ.
Your Right to Deletion
Full Stack Data Pte Ltd ("FactIQ") respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes outlined below.
What Data We Delete
When you request data deletion, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile information (name, email address, and authentication credentials)
- Your question and query history
- Saved charts, dashboards, and visualizations
- Billing and subscription details (except records required for tax or legal compliance)
- Any other personal data associated with your account
What Data We May Retain
Certain data may be retained after your deletion request for the following reasons:
- Transaction records required by tax, accounting, or financial regulations
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
- Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you
- Logs required for security, fraud prevention, or abuse detection for a limited retention period
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to founders@factiq.com from the email address associated with your FactIQ account. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification. If additional time is needed due to the complexity of the request, we will notify you of the delay and the reason.
Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that account deletion is irreversible — your data cannot be recovered after processing.
Third-Party Data
If your data has been shared with third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy, we will direct those providers to delete your data as well. We cannot guarantee the deletion timeline for third-party systems but will make reasonable efforts to ensure compliance.
