FactIQ Connector for ChatGPT and Claude
When you connect FactIQ as an app or connector in ChatGPT or Claude, you sign in with your FactIQ account (which identifies you by email), and we record the requests you make through the connector — the tool used and its inputs — together with the data we return. We record these tool inputs and outputs exclusively to keep the service reliable, to find and fix bugs, and to give you accurate results and support. We never sell this data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models. It is shared only with our own infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf, including the licensed market-data provider we query for live quotes. We do not collect payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, or authentication secrets through the connector. These request and response logs are kept for a limited operational period and then deleted or aggregated, and you can disconnect the connector at any time from ChatGPT or Claude.
Data Sharing & Transfers
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data to train AI models. We may share data with trusted service providers (for hosting, analytics, payments, or email) who are bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Tracking & Analytics
We do not use cookies. We use privacy-friendly event analytics to understand feature preferences and performance so we can keep improving reliability without storing or selling personal browsing data.
Security
We employ encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so we encourage using strong passwords and enabling available security features.
